    I'm Not Dead, the title takes away any suspense there might have been. I thought the story was well thought out and I've been reading quite a few similar stories since the excellent movie Sixth Sense was released.     I had to read Next of Kin a few times to really digest all the facts. I was taken along on the ride with Detective Parkins to the rich section of Vegas as the bearer of the bad news. This story allowed me the reader to reminisce a bit to the days when we all watched Dragnet on TV and read Mickey Spillane, I imagined Detective Parkins as Sgt. Joe Friday, just the facts.
