Bio
Worked in Film and TV in Toronto for 10 years as an actor, stand in, body double, boom op, grip... you name it. I mostly worked as a SI, on such flicks (to name a couple) as "The Santa Clause" (SI for Judge Reinhold), "The Ref" (SI and body double for Dennis Leary) - don't bother with looking for the credits SIs are not highly regarded in Canada. I worked on the TV show "Due South" for the whole run as SI & BD to the mountie. Also got into a couple of episodes as (you guessed it) a mountie - you can check that out if you want, I am listed. Worked as an actor in micro budget films with friends and like minded folk. Most notably "Sparkle" by Jeff Beasley - shot on the run in Las Vegas in six days. Many good reviews at the 1998 Montreal Film Fest. Anyway I left Toronto for Belize, Central America to build a restaurant, The Purple Space Monkey for my millenium project, met an Australian girl, got married in London and now live in Australia. Will get into film making again soon.

I don't mean the part where he plays with his daughter, that scene is needed... read

A review of It's Just A Movieby bradleyturton on 11/16/2012Marshall McLuhan coined the phrase, "The medium is the message". "It's Just A Movie" takes it one step further and says the medium is responsible for the message. So if we don't like the message we should kill the messenger/medium. However, I believe the film maker wanted to show what can happen if freedom of speech is not protected - killed in an over dramatic horror film... read

A review of Stare Straight Crewby bradleyturton on 11/16/2012From my point of view, Stare is a good film, however the actors need a little help. Sometimes they go a little over the top and it doesn't seem to fit the mood of the scene. This would be a fault of the direction more than performance. It is the job of the actor to go for it all and the job of the director to reign them back. Of course the camera work, sound, lighting work... read

Was going to send you an email but you don't seem to have a link to do so in your profile.
Just want to say a massive thank you for your wonderfully unexpected and whole heartedly positive review of my short film "Mix CD". Really made my day to read a really positive review - thank you very much!
