    Although this concept has been done before it is well thought out story. I especially enjoyed the action sequences and I'm not usually a fan of gratuitous violence in films.     This is a well constructed short, especially for a second time animation project. It seemed to deal with peoples' perception of the lack of resources, and the ensuing wars that they wage.
