I have been writing and directing films for over 10 years now. With my filmmaking and writing partner, Kevin Kolsch, I formed Parallactic Pictures in 2002, a company to showcase our independent projects. I am currently developing my second feature film with Kevin, an award-winning horror script called 'Shed'. Ever since moving to Los Angeles three years ago, I have been actively working on short films. 'Damsel' is a solo venture that I wrote at a local coffee shop. It was written as an experiment to see if I could tell a viable story within a seedy atmosphere, with minimal locations and cast.

I've watched funny DV films that don't look too good and technically beautiful films that don't engage me. This film does both.

I really want to see the second half of this script fixed... read

A review of Blood Ripperby intrloper9 on 12/11/2002There wasn't so much blood. I was hoping for more. The story wasn't anything special, typical horror, so I wanted the filmmaker to make up for it with style and gore. I still enjoyed the damn thing, don't get me wrong, I just would've like more blood. Maybe an organ or two here or there.
