Personally I found the constant references to LA locations and land marks a little overwhelming, not being from the town they meant very little to me and thought the descriptions of where they where heading driving were of course necessary the level of detail seemed excessive. I was far more interested about what was happening in the car between the two characters then where they were. The characters were nicely drawn and they had just the right levels of details and insight for what was a story of a moment in time. I was a little confused that Al didn't confirm which late flight Max was to meet, it seemed a little strange that he wouldn't give him those details after persuading him to take the job, even if it was just the flight number and he left Max to work out the finer points. Over all very cool, thank you.
