  Brief, almost like a hallucination. The story loses something in having little to establish it. Maybe there is more that you could add that might flesh it out? Character development would be a great add. The mood is set, the tone, but the message went out with the bottle. Dialogue would be helpful, too. Attractive cast, and visuals were strong.   Yikes. So, yes, brilliant photography, sound, and enough splashing about that watching this short was akin to imitating a table fan -- back and forth -- forth and back. Why keep looking? Because it is well done. WELL DONE. Talent is here and executed to the full benefit of making the picture clear. So, where's the beef? Maybe it is this viewer. Really interested in... Yikes. So, yes, brilliant photography, sound, and enough splashing about that watching this short was akin to imitating a table fan -- back and forth -- forth and back. Why keep looking? Because it is well done. WELL DONE. Talent is here and executed to the full benefit of making the picture clear. So, where's the beef? Maybe it is this viewer. Really interested in what others have to say about this short. Though, the bagging at the end was a bit fake for all the clarity that came before. It came out mocking the satirical style, or just seemed that way. Would have preferred something a bit more haunting as a twist for the finish. read

  Wow... As this is wrapped and launched, wondered why more time was not given to rehearse the acting until it was more natural. Might have used friends instead of trained actors? Rehearsing the scenes before shooting would have helped their performances. The dialogue, the settings, and the editing all seemed fine but the uneven delivery of the characters mushed up the comedy... Wow... The dialogue, the settings, and the editing all seemed fine but the uneven delivery of the characters mushed up the comedy a lot for this viewer. Direction improvements like character development representation and arc would help the flow of all the different wave-lengths each character was representing in the story. Falling off loft-beds is a cheap shot, but your actors made the best of it there. And each actor had some good moments and not so good moments. So, that is why the director might be more responsible for what is here. New York does seem very real and modern with this contemporary visual portrait. Fresh eyes, for sure. read
