There was a beginning middle and end and a consequence for one's actions in this story. The lighting and focus was not what I am used to seeing as a finished short film submission. The sound quality was clear but acting seemed like people who are trying their best at being actors for the first time: friends who are doing a favor. Clever positioning of the idea of addiction to a game, though.

Might have used friends instead of trained actors? Rehearsing the scenes before shooting would have helped their performances. The dialogue, the settings, and the editing all seemed fine but the uneven delivery of the characters mushed up the comedy... read
