Lack of resources?
This is a well constructed short, especially for a second time animation project. It seemed to deal with peoples' perception of the lack of resources, and the ensuing wars that they wage. One man looks very modern, with sunglasses and modern clothing, toting a chainsaw. While the other looks almost monk-like, in a robe, and carrying an ax. It seems almost like almost like the poor (or maybe even/also the spiritual based) vs. the modern capitalist. Either way I enjoyed it. And think that it emphasizes the notion that fighting over resources is futile. The earth will never stop offering us these.

    Although this concept has been done before it is well thought out story. I especially enjoyed the action sequences and I'm not usually a fan of gratuitous violence in films.
