Something wacky this way comes...
This short animated film started off slow but ended up being much cooler than it began. I'm sure i really don't get it, but the ending left me with a genuinely weird feeling (a commendable thing for an animated film these days). I thought it was just wacky fun with great music. It doesn't tell a story so much as convey a feeling, and the feeling conveyed is slightly unsettling, causing you to think about what we have on earth. I know i surely don't want to go flying around on a jetpack after watching this. Cool little film.

It is always a challenge for me to deal with anything that has that "mafia" thing label on it. Hence, I was relieved and pleasantly surprised that the film has not much to do with either violence or mafia proper, but is a rather light short comedy. One of the merits of the work is its flow, something not all that common in shorts, in low budget ones in particular - I appreciated... read
