Very compelling tale of lost lives. The B&W lighting technique was good but was inconsistent. You have to be careful when using this style not to lose the connection with the actor (make sure the eyes stay lit) I liked the soundtrack. It was put together well. I attribute the bad quality of video in spots to compression for streaming. The actors were for the most part quite good. A little more polish and it would be real tastey...like a heaping bowl of mashed white fluff.

A review of Promises Keptby forrchad on 07/10/2004Good lighting, camera work, editing , direction and acting. He was a bit dishonest, as we find out in the end, but it appeared through his acting from the outset (good work). She was honest, insecure and it showed from the outset (good work). very cmplex interaction bettween the two and end fairly abruptly. I liked it.
