Turn - Full Version Review
I really hope that this did not happen to you Geoffrey. If it did happen to you, than you have to learn that you can not write a story so close to home when it is an issue that you clearly can not look at from a filmmaker's stand point. You do not clearly establish alot of story points that the audience has no clue about, because I feel you were far too attached to the material to see the bigger picture, which was the short film. I'm sure you learned alot in making this film and I hope you find a story to tell that is fictional, because you will have so much more fun making it than you did this one, I assure you. Good luck with your future films.

A filmmaker learns alot about how they percieve the roles of the characters and those lessons can greatly benefit the director... read

Spare Change was a tough piece for me to fully understand exactly what the message behind the film actually was. I feel that it depicts two people who regret choices they made in their life, yet I don't see any sort of sign that either of them will make any change in their life. On the positive side, your performances were nice and the 35mm looks good. I'm curious to see what... read
