Millstone Movies is a partnership of three (relatively) young men who grew up (?) loving movies. Now we make them. Or try. Mike Maletic approaches from directing and his love of Coppola and foreign films. Dave Grant approaches filmmaking as a trained actor and loves classic films and The Three Stooges. He's also a Spielberg fan. Nate Hodges loves storytelling, philosophy, psychology, and classic literature. Kubrick is his favorite director. 50megs.millstonemovies.com

    I never get sick of watching dudes in black coats shooting scumbags. Can definitely see the influences in this short. I don't mean that in a bad way, because it ended up that this was not just derivative drivel. Pretty good. Filmed very well. Creative editing.     Great short film. Loved the early effects. Well shot. Well edited. Well thought out and executed. Don't really know what else to say. It was good, and it was short. What more can you ask for? Good job. Decent acting too. Didn't see the ending coming, but it was also simple and plausible. Excellent.

    I have to give my opinion? Okay. Here goes. My biggest pet peeve is when a writer writes about writing. Write about what you know, but if all you know is writing, get out and learn something new.
