A review of Virtualityby quise on 09/01/2005This film looks simply beautiful. The colors, the movement, even the pacing. The film as a whole is still lacking though. There is a drastic disconnect between the Voice Over and the imagery. The whole film plays out like a montage of reflection/revelation in a larger peice. which is fine, so long as there is a larger peice. What bring Ciare to this point of reflection?... read
A review of Working Overtimeby quise on 07/22/2005From a production standpoint, this film is watchable and better than expected bing shot all in one night. The pacing of the final edit could have been a little tighter, but nothing major. The events/story however, predictable and boring. Maybe spend an extra day on the script next-time. Fortunately it was only 2min long.
A review of Tell 'em, Elmerby quise on 07/22/2005Well, not quite sure what to say about this film. Its attempts to be a little different, which it achieves. No flash, glitz, or glamor. Awkward camera angles, poor sound and the tv effects probably hurts the film in the end. Still its an enjoyable little film. A refreshing perspective that worked in for a 2min film. If it were any longer I don't think I'd walk away with... read
