  Lets get the technical stuff out of the way. I can tell that the production quality was pretty high, even though I sure you had to downsize that quality for the web, but kudos on the high production quality. The sound/music was very clear, so another point there. The actors, especially the female lead, were all fairly convencing. Even though it came off very comedic in this... Even though it came off very comedic in this film, having an actual murder occur on a movie set is a very "creepy and somewhat disturbing scenario" can if done again can be played very dark and serious. Overall, this was a descent littke British Horror/Comedy. Kudos! read

  The film stopped several times while I was watching, so restarting it admittedly took me out of the moment. Most of the characters had minor distinguishing characteristics that made them easy to track. Some of the dialogue was funny. The killer's movtives were unclear to me. The only part I really liked is when the killer was revealed. I snickered a bit when she thumped...   The only part I really liked is when the killer was revealed. I snickered a bit when she thumped the producer and camera man with the microphone.
  
  No one was ever abducted, so I'm not sure about the title.
  
  All in all a decent effort on a zero budget. read

  The idea and concept had the potential to work very nicely, however the execution of it flopped and let the entire production down. There are so many props and items available on the set of a film, even low-budget, and tape just seems so pathetic as a murder weapon. Restraints yes, but murder weapon no. especially a signature murder weapon. The continuous camera shot was...   The continuous camera shot was a good idea, but the hand-held camera ruins it. I understand that it was from the point of view of the camera man but it was far too shaky. Blair Witch Project and Cloverfield both had hand-held cameras as their primary camera shots and were shaky; however the story and terror portrayed by the actors in both films were far more compelling, which allows the camera movement to be tolerated.
  
  As I’ve stated, the idea of murders happening on the set of a horror film is brilliant, but the story was just so rushed and therefore unbelievable. The rush of the plot also leads to continuity errors. The only character that could have reasonably died of asphyxiation in the time given was the extra at the beginning.
  
  However despite all of this the lighting was fantastic and really well angled to give the best shot of the characters faces.
  
  Perhaps a re-make could be made so as it would not be so rushed, because all the potential is there. read

  After watching this film, I was in two minds what to think. I couldn't decide whether I thought this film worked or not. The concept was good. The idea worked to a degree. The only problem was the pacing. Normally people complain when something drags, but this seemed to jump about too far quickly. The Acting was hit and miss. the girl who played the reporter and the Young... After watching this film, I was in two minds what to think. I couldn't decide whether I thought this film worked or not.

  The Acting was hit and miss. the girl who played the reporter and the Young Actress girl played it quite well, but the Actor guy was pretty poor. I don't like to be critical but I suppose I had to say it.
  Was the idea suppose to be slightly comical? i got the sense in some parts but nothing followed it up.
  The Lighting was done quite well and the camera shots were very nicely done. Some of them towards the end were magnificent.
  I couldn't help but think, with more writing and better actors this could have been a great movie. But with what you had at your disposal it shows a hell of a lot of ambition and passion.
  Enjoyed it, but came out feeling like it could have been more. read

  I loved the continuous camera shot! Took a bit to watch the entire film due to server error but it was worth it! The newscast actress was very good at her part. Lighting was great (must be nice to have them show up on screen :) ) All in all I really enjoyed this short film

  I thought that it was really well done. Great concept however the camera work was a little shaky and the quality was a little choppy due to the upload aspect... There was a lot of running around but the actors did a great job in getting the concept and story across which in my opinion is important. Overall, I liked it and I liked the ending as well, great twist! This... I thought that it was really well done.   Keep it up!! all d best A very gud film made as per the theme & good direction. Nice flow of scenes which make the audeince want to know more what happens next. Nice camera angles. Can be a tough competition. Very good attempt in making the film for Horror/suspense genre.

  I can't do an entire review becouse the video cut off when they discovered the dead actor, so i can only speak about the first part of the video, this part is cinematography correct, but i don't know if it's for the video compression, but I think that needs some color correction. I can't say more 'till i see the rest.

  I don't know whether this film was supposed to be comedic but it certainly was, the performances where brilliantly timed, perfectly executed for comedy. The camera work was interesting and was well paced for the drama. The story line was well thought out and the surprise twist at the end was perfectly timed. The dwindling cast and crew of the film are subjected to the ambition...   The dwindling cast and crew of the film are subjected to the ambition of a TV reporter in a deadly fashion, the over zealous producer was a stroke of genius.
  
  I really liked this film and I give it five stars. read

  Abducted was generally a pleasant and amusing watch. It had its shining moments and I think it’s safe to say that it accomplished what it basically set out to do. Comedic moments were distributed evenly, and I think it is safe to say it is more of that genre that it is as a horror film. It was pretty funny at times, it will make you giggle here and there. However, there are some things that really put the film a few notches lower on my scale.
  First, the scoring was a little bit off. The image the background music brought to mind was of earthly, supernatural beings--not duct-tape serial killers. I personally believe the film could've done so much better with better-fitting music. It sets the tone for everything. Also it wasn’t consistent enough. There were lulls in the film that could’ve definitely used some heart-thumping music, like the scene in the washroom where the camera man puts the camera down to wash his hands, and all the viewer could see were the middle part of the actors. That was a part that would've totally done better with some sound effects, because the viewer was only treated to minimal visuals. Instead, all I heard were the footsteps and the dialogue, which frankly didn't even really make sense at that point.
  Second, the acting was a little bit fake, and the dialogue between the actors did not sound quite well. Maybe it was the way they delivered it. Some lines sounded forced. But actually, overall the fakeness of the acting added to the comedic charm of the film.
  It had great points. The location that was used was great, for instance. It really lent that scary, edge-of-your-seat vibe. Also, the lighting was appropriate. In the first part, it really gave the viewer a creepy kind of feeling. When the actors were running as they try to get away from the duct-tape killer, the light was the clinical fluorescent light, and it was almost scary for a bit there.
  Overall, Abducted was fun to watch and pretty much worth the time. read
