  This is really well written, directed, filmed, mixed, edited. In fact it is the best I've seen. The acting is barely that. I enjoyed your work. You are obviously very talented. By the way I forgot to add the bed in the warehouse and the light coming through the window is beautiful. Well done. read

  This film was interesting. I did like the way that it began, especially the fact that was no verbal communication. Th film was like poetry in motion because of the editing which I feel could have done a bit better. The overall meaning of the film could have numerous different meanings depending on the audience.   Lol, this indeed was very well shot and edited all the way through, has great visuals throughout, but this isn't a short film by any means. It's simply a promo commercial for Prada, so I'm not certain this video qualifies with actual short films on here. Again, it looks great, but I myself didn't really get the four emotions title. Having seen so many commercials in my life,... Lol, this indeed was very well shot and edited all the way through, has great visuals throughout, but this isn't a short film by any means. It's simply a promo commercial for Prada, so I'm not certain this video qualifies with actual short films on here. Again, it looks great, but I myself didn't really get the four emotions title. Having seen so many commercials in my life, it works as selling Prada gear or what have you, but I didn't take a deeper meaning from this video.
  
  That being said, those behind it that shot it and put it together are extremely talented so all the very best to them. read

  It's funny how adverts/promotions for designer labels and are Arthouse Cinema at times seem to go hand in hand. In terms of Prada Promo side, it did exactly what it says on the tin, parade some beautiful people, semi naked, flawlessly shot and edited in an artistic location. All of which add up to make the perfect element of desirability that these designer labels exploit to... It's funny how adverts/promotions for designer labels and are Arthouse Cinema at times seem to go hand in hand. In terms of Prada Promo side, it did exactly what it says on the tin, parade some beautiful people, semi naked, flawlessly shot and edited in an artistic location. All of which add up to make the perfect element of desirability that these designer labels exploit to expert effect and have done so for a long time. In terms of the piece of cinema itself, it seems to be an introspective of the male's lovers, or possibly the female he woke up next to. Is the crux of the piece that what he/she found appealing about their lovers was that they were wearing Prada clothes/underwear? read

  Such beautiful images! But let me start from the beginning: the story was very good for such a short movie. Not too many characters, good setting, etc. However it was unclear to me that the different persons were different emotions until I checked the synopsis. Seeing it a second time with the clue, I see what you did and how you gave that impression. It might have been more... Such beautiful images! Seeing it a second time with the clue, I see what you did and how you gave that impression. It might have been more clear if the different emotions acted different. You wanted to show that they were all part of the same person... but they seemed to be, actually, the same person without distinction except how they looked.
  
  I simply loved your setting! I'm a great fan of old industrial buildings turned into living spaces. On top of that I found you used the setting very well: the feet on the concrete stairs, the top of the building, the bed in the empty space... all very well chosen. I found the though looking environment contrasted very well with the very goodlooking actors and the soft looking sheets too. Excellent choice of setting and well utilized.
  
  Your photography was nice as well. The shots at the beginning, showing the naked bodies, were very respectful and well chosen. It makes the viewer marvel at the beauty without understanding, which is something I suppose is a feeling one could have waking up in the morning, after a dream or a night with a partner. I noticed you used to different ways of showing the different emotions: by raw cuts (for example with the hand) and superimposing (the feet on the stairs). I'm more a fan of the raw cuts, but on the other hand, superimposing them gave a change of pace which probably did the movie more good than bad. I think it's a good thing to diversify.
  
  Music and sound were lovely as well. Strange choice, to add the noise... but it worked out very well.
  
  I recommended. This movie sets a certain atmosphere, and all the shots, music, actors and other elements are geared towards creating that atmosphere. Good luck in your work and I look forward to seeing more from you. read

  The filming, the acting, and I'm stretching it there, and all of the various technical aspects of the short film were solid. But not only did I want to see more of the girl on the bed, I wanted to see what was advertised -- emotions. You might rename this Four Blank Stares. Where are rage, humor, interest, intrigue, sadness, irony and bitterness? Where was there any sign... The filming, the acting, and I'm stretching it there, and all of the various technical aspects of the short film were solid. But not only did I want to see more of the girl on the bed, I wanted to see what was advertised -- emotions. You might rename this Four Blank Stares. Where are rage, humor, interest, intrigue, sadness, irony and bitterness? Where was there any sign of emotion? To call blandness mystery or art is selling out easy. You advertised emotion. Where was it? This was an eclair without the sweet cream inside. Lots of talent is displayed here, but no drama whatever. You put a nude woman in bed, you get anticipation, but that's where this film climaxes, an eclair without the gooey stuff. A dry run, try again. read

  I would say there are some experimental and extravagant parts in this short film but merely we can see a story line or at least any kind of conclusion. What's shown is a probably condition when people lost and cannot find where they belong to AS FAR as it can be understood. Cool moments : Sound reflects what's needed. Location fits this type of abstract idea. Overall :...   This has a powerful concept and delivery. I like the way that his emotions are portrayed as both masculine and feminine in nature through the use of both sexes. The music converged nicely with the climax of the night before and the ambush of memories that hit the man. The only thing I object to is the title, because it seems limiting. It seemed more infinite in emotion... This has a powerful concept and delivery.   It's hard to write a bad review on a short film with a hot near naked beautiful woman in it, but... I just didn't get this it all. I read the notes and I understand the concept and what you were going for, but it just didn't work for me. The soundtrack was annoying IMHO, and the sequencing of images just didn't come across with any meaning. You can't give film watchers notes... The film itself has to do that, and this doesn't tell me anything on it's own. Sorry, just one guys opinion. I'm sure others will disagree. read

  First off, if I woke up next to a woman like that, I would feel one emotion-- ecstatic! I'm sorry, but I just didn't see any emotions. I saw four different people, all of them emotionless. I like the way it cuts to different people, it's a nice effect. But I missed the point. Is it supposed to be different people she has slept with? Nice lighting, nice setting, nice camera... First off, if I woke up next to a woman like that, I would feel one emotion-- ecstatic! I'm sorry, but I just didn't see any emotions. I saw four different people, all of them emotionless. I like the way it cuts to different people, it's a nice effect. But I missed the point. Is it supposed to be different people she has slept with? Nice lighting, nice setting, nice camera angles. Some of the camera work was a bit too shaky for me and some of the excessive cutting seemed necessary and like you were showing off. The portion toward the end when he was walking up the stairs and there were three shots overlayed looked ugly to me. Overall, i enjoyed watching it and trying to figure it out. So it was intriguing, which is always a good thing. It had that Prada chic thing going for it also. Mainly, i would have liked to see more emotions like anger, regret, happiness, confusion, etc. read
