  I enjoyed this story. The sex scene at the beginning smacked me in the face. Way to start a movie, huh? :) Although this tale has been told over and over, I enjoyed watching it. I love the cinematography and the acting. I liked the part where the bird pooped on her face (good, independent special effects) lol. In one scene I saw the boom operator's pole in the shot but... In one scene I saw the boom operator's pole in the shot but no biggie. Since this story of the cheating boyfriend has been told before I would have come up with another twist to this tale, come from another angle that we, the viewer, has never seen before. But for the most part I liked the film and can't wait to see more from you. read

  I really enjoyed this film, although I didn't laugh out loud it was still a very entertaining short film. I thought the acting was very good, apart from the actress who played Monique, she wasn't terrible, just a bit rigid. The cinematography was fine, but nothing special. In addition, there were quite a few errors I noticed such as mic's being present in a scene and simple... I really enjoyed this film, although I didn't laugh out loud it was still a very entertaining short film.   Well acted, well written, romance, that gets a little stinky. The girl in red is way to cute for the worm, but isn't that how life usually is? I really liked the first scene and the cut away as her legs are up in the air and the title appears. It set the script, film tone, perfectly. The music is fun, as is the tension. The bird poop was out of left field and icing on the cake... Well acted, well written, romance, that gets a little stinky. This girl goes way too far to hide herself and ultimately gets the proverbial poop. The revenge works, although it might have worked better if she discovered the cards and gifts after the hiding and pigeon bath. The actors all did a fine job. both girls are sexy and cute. The guy is wormy and slimey, yet the charm is ever-present. Thanks for the fun film. Good luck. Well writte, shot, and edited. read

  You have done a great job with the motion picture. The poster with a wondering woman in bed is eye catching! The story is originally good and very funny!
  And an overall view of the short film shows that love hurts. Because when it comes to other people its unpredictable. ..
  Luvitis is very entertaining!

  Maybe the most important issue that you must manage if you want to make a comedy is the rhythm. One scene is funny only with the right pulse. In this short film the right rhythm never come. The actors, especially Monique, don’t are in their best day. Despite of this I was trying to enjoy the story when in the minute 4.59 a microphone show up… and my concentration goes away...
  Maybe the most important issue that you must manage if you want to make a comedy is the rhythm. One scene is funny only with the right pulse. In this short film the right rhythm never come. The actors, especially Monique, don’t are in their best day.

  This was ok. Camera work and lighting ok. Actors ok. The issue that I have is that it's hard to figure out a few issues: who do I root for? The male lead is a creep, and the girl he's with isn't much better since she's part of the adultery. I'm also confused about the cigarettes and how that was supposed to be an alibi that he went to the store? Also, why does the girlfriend... This was ok. Camera work and lighting ok. Actors ok. The issue that I have is that it's hard to figure out a few issues: who do I root for? The male lead is a creep, and the girl he's with isn't much better since she's part of the adultery. If it's because she doesn't trust him, why does she keep missing all the other clues? And why does the adulteress not rat out the guy? Just don't get what this guy is doing to keep this going, and since he's a creep I not rooting for him. read

  This is a nice piece of work! I like the visual storytelling aspect, and the suspense/dramatic irony of having Laura watching Julian and Monique from outside the flat/above their heads. I thought the performances were solid, but there's room for more pace on the line deliveries, and shorter gaps between lines. In general the pacing could be a little quicker, and this would... In general the pacing could be a little quicker, and this would make things funnier - eg: in the opening dialogue between Laura and Julian, the shots could be edited together more tightly.
  I wanted to see what would happen next after Laura torched Julian's stuff...

  I enjoyed this short. Luvitis does well in telling the story solidly from beginning, through the middle and until the end, This can be hard to do sometimes in a short film format, so well done. Luvitis was also solidly produced, from cinematography, lighting, sound and editing. One criticism is that the acting was a little wooden in places. Other than that, the film was watchable...   This was quite nice a story! It had good pacing, excellent photography and the story was well chosen. All in all I felt this short was well done, but somehow lacked some 'punch'. I can't quite point out what it is - comedy is not my forte - but it might be in the performance of the actors and shot composition. The dialogues were quite well written, but maybe the actors needed some more direction to make it come to its right. Next to that, you could work on shot composition. If the actors express themself better in the dialogue, you'd be able to get some very nice close-ups showing some more emotion.
  
  Another thing you could have done, was work a bit more with camera effects, for example differences in depth of field to guide the viewers' eye.
  
  Something else you could have done to give it a bit more 'umph' is adding some music.
  
  I can't quite point out why the short didn't move me, and technically it was perfect. I recommend it. read

  Sal, Great job. There's not much criticism to pour onto this film. It was quite entertaining, well shot and the lighting was great. The actors in my opinion, could have been more convincing here and there. But for the most part, they were on point. The comedy aspect of it was fun. Our guy just can't win. I laughed every time his cigarette broke. Overall, I love how we're... Sal,

  Overall, I love how we're clearly looking at a guy that many would agree to be a cheesy jerk. And yet, I find myself rooting for him not to get caught. Kudos to your direction. It's kind of like being a defense lawyer when you can make an absolute obvious creep come up smelling like roses in the eyes of a jury.
  
  My gavel is dropped. not guilty. May he be free to lie, cheat and steal the hearts of women who deserve better in their lives. :)
