  Thought the editing was well paced. Effective use of split screen with the main chap talking to his selves. Some of the visuals were strong, like the close up o f the rotary phone, but others felt less grand like the guy walking along the street. I like the tracking wide angle of the "lovers" in the field, but repeating the similar shots loses their full power. Quite decent... Thought the editing was well paced.   Wonderful shots and editing. Some of the most creative that I've seen on here. Looks like you could have a great career in something like music videos. Kings of the 2 second cuts. Had a little trouble following at points (but might have been the accent this late at night for me... being a yankee. Great job and best wishes from the other side of the pond.

  A good quantity of effective imagery is packed into 2:27 by Mr. McNamee. The disjointed flashes into the protagonist's paranoid mind are effective, in my opinion. The synopsis suggests that the flashes might be too quick for some, but I found the pacing to be ideal. The rapid flashes are slightly disconcerting and keep the viewer a bit disoriented and confused but that serves... A good quantity of effective imagery is packed into 2:27 by Mr. McNamee.   Not to bad, this film is really driven by a music/audio mix. There was some very nice camera shots and special effects that gave it a nice pace (I liked the changing man during the kiss). The voice over work was clean and clear. The acting was good with some nice expressions. Overall a well put together film that is driven by some wonderful music. Id give it a 7 out of...   A job very well done on a subject close to many on how the mind can play tricks. Everything was very smooth and suited the subject. The picture was great, the editing style was quick but neccessary (I loved the dolly shot of the girl having a picnic with different guys on a gorgeous day in the park), the music kept me in, and at 2:27 it was the perfect length.   Maybe this film was too short, but I didn't care about the main character. He's walking around (London?) freaking out about the message were hearing. I didn't care. I did like how the main title was done. Now there is a new reason to have a rotery phone. Anyway, don't waste your time watching this. Click.

  This film is clearly influenced by the "Lock stock and 2 smocking barrels" style of filming, i.e. voice over narrating over the film (the whole of it in this case) plus pretty visuals and as such I find this attempt at been cool and slick rather confusing. If you miss any of the narration you miss the story.Personally I prefer a film that shows me the story through good filmaking... If you miss any of the narration you miss the story.Personally I prefer a film that shows me the story through good filmaking rather the tell me the story; for that I read a book.Visually is competent and to judge acting on such a limited screen time would be unfair to the actors. Seen it before, not original enough for me. read

  Well the whole movie is narrated and unfortunately I do not like that. Not that it does not fit the film but I think the film should tell not the narrator. Also, it was too long of a narration. Nice score, dynamic editing. The film has an interesting point to make.

  I really wantry oneted to enjoy this movie. The cinematography, editing and special effects were great, but I could not follow the story closely because of narrator's accent is so heavy. Next time you wish to use a narrator, try one with less of an accent, or, better yet, use dialogue.

  Still amazed by the fast-pace of the flim by the time i'm writing this review...very original & new concept of shorts...cigarette break!!!Whoa, surely some class and idea...one of my friend who watched with me said it was too short, but i like it the way coz after all it's a cigarette break..juz cant stop mentioning it!!i only have a small request..can all the upcoming flim... Still amazed by the fast-pace of the flim by the time i'm writing this review...very original & new concept of shorts...cigarette break!!!Whoa, surely some class and idea...one of my friend who watched with me said it was too short, but i like it the way coz after all it's a cigarette break..juz cant stop mentioning it!!i only have a small request..can all the upcoming flim put on subtitle so that we can make this site a more internationalize site?? read
