  Toward the beginning I was afraid it was just another "convience store" hold up, but you really pulled it off. I loved that he came back again just to say he thought he was handsome. Music was a little much but I know how hard it is to get the rights to ANYTHING. Funny short.

  this was a clever little short. the writing is was really stands out for me. also, the performances by the actors are pretty good as well. none of the lines seemed forced and it was all very well delivered. the production quality of this was pretty good as well, which is great because usually it's one or the other on TS. the editing was pretty solid and quick, which really... this was a clever little short. the writing is was really stands out for me. also, the performances by the actors are pretty good as well. none of the lines seemed forced and it was all very well delivered.

  I definitely laughed a few times during this. I especially like that ridiculous mask, very funny. nice job, keep up the good work. read

  Not bad for one night and having your siblings help out. The tall actor with orange hair did a pretty good job, the other one behind the desk was a bit flat and looked too young (maybe 12 years old?) but besides that his performance wasn't real to me, even though the other actor was over the top he committed to the part and I believed him. There were some funny moments but... Not bad for one night and having your siblings help out. There were some funny moments but as a whole the conflict didn't pull me in to care what is going to happen next. Things just happened and the music would repeat. Preproducting is a beautiful thing. I'd like to see what you could do with some planning. read

  ummm...you're right. not bad for a thirteen and fifteen year old. your characters were likable and the story was okay. not sure if i like or dislike this movie. it seems a touch silly - but i think that is what you are going for - so who am i to say if it's good or bad. the only real critisism i have is the ending...you should have held a little longer on the cashier....let... ummm...you're right. not bad for a thirteen and fifteen year old. your characters were likable and the story was okay. not sure if i like or dislike this movie. it seems a touch silly - but i think that is what you are going for - so who am i to say if it's good or bad. the only real critisism i have is the ending...you should have held a little longer on the cashier....let the joke simmer for a moment instead of going straight into the credits. i also never got if the guy was really looking for pirhannas or if he wanted to rob the place right off? did he touch his face in the opening like he forgot his mask? i think so,,,but not sure. read

  Hi. I thought that it started too slowly, and could easily have switched off. I realise that you are setting the scene for the more comedic action in the second half, but still, it needs to be intriguing to start with. I think that the store attendant's performance was generally good as the straight man, but he needs to be constantly trying not to impress so much. I think... Hi.   I think that the store attendant's performance was generally good as the straight man, but he needs to be constantly trying not to impress so much. I think it would be funnier if he was less confident and amused, and more cautious and confused.
  
  Ginger Guy; good face, pretty damn good performance too. Keep it up, don't get complacent.
  
  The "ugly" bit doesn't quite work. I get what you're trying to do, and it gets funny, but needs a smoother introduction.
  
  Hope this is helpful. Think it's good, but just needs tightening to make it spot on. Remember, the world needs more good comedy, you're doing a valiant service for mankind.

  Yea, I thought this was pretty good. It took a little while to get funny, but I’m not complaining (or am I?). It wasn’t shot beautifully, but slapstick like this doesn’t have to be. I like the ugly, handsome bit. I liked the mask he was wearing, the more ridiculous the better. The end with the guy wearing a wig was appropriate. Nice film.

  i read your production notes, and yes this wasnt bad for first timers, it was actually pretty good. the only real thing that was letting it down was acting, other then that it was a funny script, the location was real so you get points for that. and the camera work wasnt bad either, infact it was good for "first timers" the only thing i didnt like was that security camera shot,... i read your production notes, and yes this wasnt bad for first timers, it was actually pretty good. the only real thing that was letting it down was acting, other then that it was a funny script, the location was real so you get points for that. and the camera work wasnt bad either, infact it was good for "first timers"
  the only thing i didnt like was that security camera shot, ive seen the exact same shot many times and its just to generic for my liking.

  The guy at the counter was a really good actor. He did a great job. I liked the sound quality. It was a pretty dopey movie but it was fun to watch. I just wish these guys put their talents into something with a little more meat on it. Still, it was totally worth it to see the good actor who was the clerk and to watch the zany story unfold (even though it eventually fizzled.)... The guy at the counter was a really good actor.   I really enjoyed this short. It's actually pretty funny. Well acted (if ridiculously) by both guys. Not much more to say about it really. Solidly edited. Decent camera work for your 15 year-old sister. I nice diversion. Made me laugh. I'd keep heading in this direction. Much funnier than the "diversity mockumentary" you also have on the site.

  This short starts off a little stale. But, towards then end, I actually laughed a few times. I liked how store security camera shots were used, but disappointed that they weren't consistant in quality. Also, shouldn't the clerk have called the police or been on the phone right after the robbery rather then going and getting a hat? Good establishing exterior shots. This...
