  I can see a lot of planning when into this. The set looked great, and some of the visuals were very nice. However, the crude sound, and noisy atmosphere along with the all-too-dark visuals made it hard to follow. I had the impression that "I don't really know what I'm looking at, but if I did, I would like it". It's good that you work hard, but try to make sure the audience...   I had the impression that "I don't really know what I'm looking at, but if I did, I would like it".
  
  It's good that you work hard, but try to make sure the audience actually SEE it. read

  It seems like it was nicely made but for much of it, it was dark and indistinct, more than maybe needed, it might have been wise to view the compressed for web version before uploading. Still, it was nicely made, I personally can’t see getting too frightened by one raven, the addition of guilty visions makes this interesting beyond the usual. It was well acted, shot and edited,...   The upload quality certainly is an issue - and one that makes it almost completely not worth watching. It's extremely dark and messy, I can't really tell what's going on. As such it's impossible to really comment too much on the shot quality or the acting, I can't make much of anything out.   Superb Noir like photography! Nice camera movement, well recorded audio and good score. The editing is great and I loved the way the pacing is moving. I loved the red effect! reminded me of Coppolas Dracula. I love when people shows terror and suspense without cliched techniques. Is the score original?

  I must tell you that indeed, compression was in issue with your film. You might want to re-upload it as I feel it would be worth it. The first part of the movie was extremely dark. Your whole movie was rather dark but I believe you intended it to be that way. Your camerawork was quite nice. You had some very nice and stylish camera angles. Your framing and compositing... Your framing and compositing of the shots was excellent - very nice to look at. The edits worked very well and seemed to align with the music and the pace of the film. Your special effect was very effective. Audio was nice. Very well done... I just wish I could see a clearer version of it! Thanks for the view. read

  Or so it seems after watching 'Raven'. Yes, I have to say that though the title gives away already enough information, I would have guessed (almost) right away about the Edgar Allan Poe heavy influence. Which is not a wrong thing.I liked this short, I think it was well shot, and well acted. There were a few points here and there that left me puzzled, but may be it was more... There were a few points here and there that left me puzzled, but may be it was more before of the uploading process than anything else. It was difficult in fact at times to see what's happening, but overall you can see and understand the whole picture.Black and White added the right amount of drama, and a captivating music increased the pathos. Camera-wise, sometimes shots were shacking too much, but overall they were more than acceptable. Lighting was well done, just like the editing.It was a pleasure watching your short. Nos vemos! read

  The first few moments captured my interest because of its high contrast look and its edgy location, however, as the film progressed, the lighting was too dark that I couldn't really focus on the story. I sensed that the sound was a crucial element in making this film eerie too. Overall, it could've been better. I look forward to seeing your next film.

  A nice mood film...music was a bit overbearing at times and i don't think the sound mix was proper..the editing was alright...the cinematography is definitely the high point of this short and loved the visual compositions. Other than that the story itself does not hold for long...you got talent - keep making more stuff.

  Quite well done with a lot of attention to detail. The actors were very good and belivable. The set was great, very old English, but made even more interesting with a Latin/Spanish point of view. It wasa little dark but I managed to see almost everything. The red lighting from the Raven's POV added a cool dimension to the tale. The shot selection, editing and music were all...
