• Bio: Graduate from The Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in video production. I started my career with KXTX Telemundo 39 as a news editor. Editing in a high energy, high paced environment helped me sharpen my storytelling skills while still meeting my deadlines. I quickly fell in love with the art of the story so I decided to try my hand as a photojournalist. Working first in a small market in Denison, Texas I learned how to carve out a story using sound, interviews, video, lighting, and editing. This experience helped me a great deal when it came time to move up to a bigger market in Dallas, Texas. Working with KUVN Univision 23 I perfected my skills as a storyteller using DVC Pro cameras, three point lighting, and Avid Media Composer. I have a great deal of experience not only out in the field but also inside of the studio. With The Liquidation Channel I learned how to command a show by switching and directing the action from the director’s chair.
