  This short was very creative. Interesting how the still images are manipulated (mostly in the editing room I'm guessing?) to create a semblance of animation. The extreme position of the short is quite powerful and goes a long way in expressing the absurdity of the new law and how there are deeper issues that are overlooked by (or present within) our governing bodies.   At times, I couldn't read the captions because they were too small, but I think the message came through just the same. Very stylish and well assembled. Music complimented the message very well. Well done. read

  A really cool looking short film. It's like a comic come to life in your hands, complete with music and sound design. The edit is great - the collection of stills and frames scream by, in synch with the music, telling the story of a teen couple oppressed. The voice over is great. This has a really interesting, different look to it, very cutting edge. I really enjoyed it.

  nicley done, that was really good. i did a film similar to that for my art major project, it was similar in the style not the sublect. the only thing that i had a problem with was the text was so damn small, but i know thats not your fault. i cant really give you any advise because that was great, and im not suprised that is was an official selection.

  I liked this little film quite a bit, the tone set by the music really propelled it along. The animation was very cool, an especially pleasing style. I generally don't like squinting at text and I wish on TS filmmakers would consider the venue, but it was difficult for me to follow, though the storyline wasn't. Otherwise, you did a great job, congratulations.

  Savvy and clever animation. The film keeps rolling even though many of the images are static. The film engages the issue well and the baddie is awesome. Some of the captions were impossible to read on the small QuickTime I watched it on. Also some were to brief to read thoroughly even if they had been clear.

  That was pretty insane! I liked it a lot and I really wish I could see it in its full quality because I couldn't read anything on the little screen -- it was too small. Plus, it seemed really digitized, so I'd love to see a clearer version. I really liked the composition of some of your shots and the music that went with it. The Sex Cop reminded me of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim... That was pretty insane! I liked it a lot and I really wish I could see it in its full quality because I couldn't read anything on the little screen -- it was too small.   Sex Police has a great visual style, and an appropriate soundtrack. Animation made best use of minimalist style and storytelling was well thought out. I must admit, my eyes glazed over about halfway though as it was all much the same stuff happening. Could have been much shorter and the text size could be reconsidered (for the online version at least) Overall; Good looking,... Sex Police has a great visual style, and an appropriate soundtrack.   This is a satirical animation of the UK Governments stance on underage sex. The animation is great and suits the theme very well, however the music detracts a little from the overall piece. I also thought you could have made the humour more outrageous than you did. I wont comment on the compression as stated that you had problems in your notes. Overall I liked it, but like...   Never heard of that law before here in the US. Animation was pretty good, story wasn't to bad. I really liked the ending, it was kind of predictable but still good. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that the screen is so small (why?), to the point where i couldn't see what they were saying.   sorry steven but i thought this was poor.the story was hard to follow, it was just weird. the writing was too small to read so i could not follow the story. the animation was ok but was really let down by the actual idea. I would like to another of your films just to see what else you can do
