  I liked this very short short film. The images are just right to show a man in turmoile. The story is told quickly and has a cool twist in the end. The sound works very well and the superimposed images of him on himself work well with the narration of him not knowing who he is. Good work.

  Normally I would not like this kind of film. There was little to the story and little to the depth, until you scratch it. Asking the question "Who Am I?" in this context is quite evocative. The lighting and soundtrack worked well in the film's favour too. This film is layered together quite well and all the elements give you the feeling of being affected, even if you cannot...   This is a good film and is shot well. I like the whole timeline scenario, was it his intention, was it what he had done or is it just a dream. It was quite hard to make out the sound in the upload as it sounded very tinny, but im hoping this was just in the upload and not the actual effect put on the voice as the charector loses his fluidity slightly with it.   The lighting was a good choice and I really liked the beehive(?) audio track.
  
  Nice work. However I feel it kind of lacked something. I think some more close shots of the leading man would have made the film feel more personal, possibly some ecu's on his sweating brow etc.

  This was a good-looking short. I really liked the lighting on the solo shots of the man and this proves a good example of what well-lit DV can do for filmmakers without the budget to shoot on film. I, unfortunately, did not entirely go for the superimpositions, but from your notes I gather you at least had that concern in mind, which is all that really matters. I don't think... I don't think it was something that ruined the short for me, it just detracted from that beautiful, pure shot of the man drinking. I wasn't terribly drawn in by the story, but I really did like the visuals, the sound and the overall vibe. For the short time it was done in, good job. read

  Yet another example of the disturbingly prevalent short film genre I've taken to calling the "Inner Psychopath". I sincerely hope the number of films that use this particular device isn't indicative of the number of actual psychopaths out there. What I get from this is the narrator suspects his wife of infidelity, therefore he's going to slice her up with a shard of broken... Editing is tight and makes effective use of jump-cutting. Sound is clear and interesting. One minute running time is a challenge for any kind of storytelling depth. I doubt I could do it myself, so kudos for trying. read

  Interesting - and I appreciate your production notes. Sounds like alot of thought was put into the making of your short, and I appreciated the process in which you made it. Camerawork - there did seem to be a small issue with the lighting. The shot of the glass hitting the wall had a different light quality than did the other shots. The shots themselves looked quite nice... Interesting - and I appreciate your production notes. The shots themselves looked quite nice. I liked the perspective of the camera from behind the male character looking over to the female character. The jump-cuts looked nice. Nice overlapping scene too.
  
  Audio/Acting - the bees did have a somewhat disturbing effect on me, and I did get the impression that our character was disturbed over the events that ultkmately led up to the ending. The acting was low-key and went quite well.
  
  All in all, your hard work paid off. Your short was short, but very effective. I look forward to your next upload. Best of luck. read

Fact is, I just watched another short film by the same filmmaker ('Suicide') and it was interesting to see certain cinematic similarities among the two of them. To name one, the opening is achieved with a CU, which is quite courageous in itself. Moreover, the voice over seems to be an important part in Dawn's work, being... ...So sorry if I cannot be of much help on this one.   I enjoyed the camera work in 'Who Am I?' It was simple but well structured. Just like the editing. Lighting was a bit flat, and at times it got a bit too dark (which I don't think was the intention.) The story left me slightly puzzled, theend twist being the only really clear thing.
