http://imdb.com/name/nm1921051/ Please visit and leave a message!!! Well, I am now a graduate from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and I am heading out to LA with my new wife in August. I finally competed editing on my second "short feature", Cellophane Flowers, but it's too long for TS! Out of all fields and all occupations, I have never had as much respect for anyone as I do directors. I think that every director is worthy of praise in one way or another. Although I can't pinpoint my favorite, I could narrow it down to 3: Paul Thomas Anderson, Michael Mann, and Ingmar Bergman, Roman Polanski, David Lynch, and Billy Wilder. Ok... that was more than 3... whatever. Anyway, I'm 22/m and loving all aspects of film making. Hope you like what I've made so far : ) For more, visit www.myspace.com/vander_ark

A review of The Voidby wicket_saic on 05/05/2007The visuals here were quite good. I think they worked well for the story, and kept me interested the whole way through. The story was a bit too experimental for my taste (I spent 4 years at art school and I've grown a little jaded to the experimental narrative), but it was deffinatly better than most of the submissions on TS. I may just be stupid, but I had a hard time... read

A review of SHELTERby wicket_saic on 05/05/2007A realistic portrait of the loss of a child! Ok, not really... sorry, was that mean? If my father, mother-in-law and child were all missing, I doubt I would be drinking tea and having this conversation with my wife. The dialogue was really quite awful, the editing ameturish, and the acting way over the top. The yellow effect at the end was the highpoint, but the whole... read

A review of The Jedi Landscaper: Lost Youthby wicket_saic on 05/05/2007I was all ready to write a bad review for this... Although I love Star Wars, this looked like a boring little short. However, I haven't laughed that hard at a TS short in a long time. To be fair, it is a one trick pony and better suited for youtube, but hey, it made me laugh. Good job!
